Conveyor belt (PTFE-coated) with maintenance-free, infinitely variable belt drive from 0.5-12 m/minute (others according to customer request), belt width 220 mm, 1 or 2 UV medium pressure lamps, aluminium faceted reflectors or on request with selective filters for heat reduction, entire radiant emitting unit height adjustable, castors or fixed feet, clear passage height for different material thicknesses adjustable from 20 to 100 mm, working height of the conveyor belt according to SMEMA, adjustable with fixed feet from 900 to 950 mm and suction fan/cooling fan.

Compact control with LCD screen, display of various operating parameters such as UV setpoint, operating hours, lamp voltage. The control system continues to monitor: Radiant emitter ignition, radiant emitter fuses, overrun, excess temperature, exhaust air, frequency converter. Supply voltage: 400V (other voltage according to customer request).
