For exposure of screen printing frames from below.
Design:
The BELTROFRAME S screen printing device, for exposure of screen frames, comprises one self-supporting metal housing with fixed-position, streak-free UV special glass pane, top frame with quick-closing fastener, highly-elastic diamond-coated rubber cover and suction nozzles, CU earth tape for anti-static discharge and creating a homogeneous vacuum.
The device is equipped with a quick-start copier lamp BELTROLUX D 3000W, 5000 W or 6000 W. Eliminating previous standby times provides, in combination with a special UV high-performance reflector, an energy saving of up to 80 %. Highest-possible efficiency and precise illumination are achieved by utilising more environmentally friendly radiant emitter.
Clearly arranged and easy to view control panel with operating and control elements, including vacuum gauge and vacuum reducing valve, service-friendly, retractable slide-in unit with lamp unit (thereby easy and quick lamp exchange), maintenance-free high-performance vacuum pump, exhaust fan.
