The Beltron UV Stick is optionally available as UV-A, -B, -C - multi-channel measuring device. The newly developed measuring device is utilised in industrial UV curing applications and displays the total radiation intensity in mW/cm² and the metering level in mJ/cm².
It is possible to record UV intensities and UV metering levels in tubes / bottle systems with the UV Stick I. The UV Stick II also additionally measures the temperature.
The sensor is mounted in a dummy provided by the customer. The small dimensions and extremely low weight thereby enable UV measurement under realistic conditions.
Several integrated UV sensors are utilised for measurement. The UV intensity in the different UV ranges is measured individually, and still simultaneously, by utilising microprocessors. The UV metering level is calculated separately over the irradiation time in the individual UV ranges. The user not only receives information about the total energy, but can also record the UV ranges individually. The measuring sensors are located next to each other on the cylindrical-shaped housing wall of the UV stick.
All measured values are stored by means of a micro SD card and can be loaded, edited and stored on a PC. This makes it possible, for example, to document and create a history of one or more radiation devices based on the measured values using graphics.
